The Beach Class Summer Residence offers a complete, resort-style infrastructure with leisure options for all ages, including a large adult and children’s pool complex, a deck with sun loungers and rest areas, a fully equipped gym, a multi-sports court and game room, a restaurant (under installation), a convenience store, pet wash and pet place, a children's playground and playroom, a bike rack, charging station, coworking room, laundry facilities, 24-hour reception, secure gated entrance with monitoring, and free on-site parking. Condominium rules include respecting quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM — loud noise at any time that disturbs neighbors may result in warnings or fines. Common areas should be used with respect and responsibility, always keeping them clean and organized. Children must be accompanied by an adult in elevators and common areas. Pets must be on a leash, with a collar or muzzle if necessary, and are only allowed in designated areas. Pet waste must be collected, and pets are not allowed in pools, playrooms, gyms, or the game room. Security procedures require that visitors be previously authorized by the resident or host. Maintenance and cleanliness rules prohibit throwing garbage, cigarette butts, paper, or any objects out of windows or in shared spaces. Operating hours: gym, laundry, coworking room, and store are open 24 hours; the pool, sports court, and playroom are open until 10:00 PM.

The Beach Class Summer Residence is located on Cupe Beach, in Porto de Galinhas, about 50 km from Recife Airport (approximately a 1-hour drive). Access is easy via the PE-009 highway (toll road), and the condominium can be easily found on GPS by searching for "Beach Class Summer Porto de Galinhas".

For those arriving by bus, you can take the Expresso Vera Cruz to downtown Porto and then continue by taxi or motorcycle taxi to the location. Private transfers, ride-hailing apps, and car rentals are the most convenient options for arriving with comfort and safety.
