On the ground floor, the condominium features an additional leisure area with a swimming pool and a barbecue grill. There are two entrances: one from Praça 8 and another from Rua Beijupirá, providing convenient access to the beach, restaurants, craft shops, and other attractions in the center of Porto de Galinhas.

The apartment accommodates up to 6 guests, with sleeping arrangements across the two bedrooms and the sofa bed.
